By ordering from Amma Chethi Ruchulu via WhatsApp or this website, you agree to these terms.
Orders & cutoffs
Orders must be placed before the published cutoffs (lunch by 10:00 AM; dinner by 4:00 PM unless we tell you otherwise). We may decline orders outside coverage, after cutoff, or when batch capacity is full.
Pricing & payment
Menu prices and delivery charges (if any) are shared on WhatsApp before confirmation. Payment instructions are provided in chat. An order is confirmed only after we acknowledge it.
Delivery
Delivery windows are estimates. Delays can happen due to weather, traffic, or cook timing. Provide an accurate address and reachable phone number. If you are unavailable at drop-off, re-delivery may not be possible for that slot.
Food & allergens
Meals are prepared in home kitchens and packed at our hub. Ingredient lists vary by cook and day. Tell us about severe allergies before ordering; we cannot guarantee allergen-free facilities.
Cancellations
Once cooking has started for your batch, cancellations or refunds may not be possible. Ask early on WhatsApp if you need to change an order.
